Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using Celina you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. The service is operated from Norway; these terms are governed by Norwegian law, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

2. Your account

Keep your login details secure and don't impersonate anyone or claim a professional label you haven't been granted. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Ownership of what you post

You keep all ownership of your reviews, photos, comments and other content. By posting it you grant Celina a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, resize, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service, including in search results and social previews. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already made in backups or where other members have quoted it.

You confirm you own or have permission to post everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy.

4. Honest reviews only

Reviews must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience of the product. You must not post paid, incentivised or brand-directed reviews without clearly disclosing the relationship, create multiple accounts to inflate or attack a product, or post reviews on behalf of someone else. Prices you report should be what you actually paid.

5. Content that isn't allowed

• Harassment, hate speech, threats or targeting of individuals or groups.
• Sexual, violent or otherwise graphic material.
• False statements of fact about a brand, product or person (defamation).
• Medical or safety claims presented as fact without basis.
• Spam, advertising, affiliate links, scraping, or automated posting.
• Other people's personal information, or content you have no right to share.

6. Moderation rights

Every review, product and member can be reported in the app. We may remove or hide content, restrict features, or suspend and terminate accounts — with or without notice where the content is unlawful or harmful — under our Content Moderation Policy, which also explains how to appeal. We are not obliged to monitor content proactively, and acting on one report does not oblige us to act on every other.

7. User content is not our opinion

Reviews are the personal opinions of the members who wrote them. Celina does not endorse, verify or guarantee them, and is not the author of user content. Nothing on Celina is medical, dermatological or allergy advice — patch-test products and read the manufacturer's ingredient list.

8. Prices and availability

Prices shown are what other members reported paying, converted using indicative exchange rates that may be out of date. They are guidance, not offers, and no purchase can be made through Celina.

9. Brands and trademarks

Brand and product names are the trademarks of their owners and are used for identification only. Celina™ and its logo belong to us. Rights holders with a complaint about content on the service can write to legal@mycelina.com and we will respond promptly.

10. Service as-is and liability

Celina is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or any damage arising from content posted by members or from decisions you make based on a review. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that harms other members. Sections 3, 7 and 10 survive termination.

12. Changes and contact
